Child Safety Standards

The following conduct is prohibited on the Service:

• Creating, posting, transmitting, storing, sharing, or distributing any content that constitutes CSAE or CSAM
• Sexually depicting children or treating children as sexual objects
• Contacting or attempting to build a relationship of trust with a child for sexual purposes (grooming)
• Asking or coercing a child to create or send sexual images, videos, or other content
• Threatening or coercing a child through the use of sexual images or similar material (sextortion)
• Soliciting, facilitating, promoting, or otherwise enabling the trafficking or sexual exploitation of children
• Directing users to external websites, services, or other resources related to CSAE or CSAM
• Engaging in any other conduct that endangers children or facilitates or promotes their abuse or exploitation

For the purposes of these Standards, “child” means any person under the age of 18, as well as any person otherwise protected as a child under applicable law.

If we become aware of an actual or suspected violation of these Standards, we will review the matter and may take any of the following actions as appropriate:

• Remove the relevant content or restrict access to it
• Restrict access to posting, messaging, or other features
• Suspend or terminate the account of the user responsible for the violation
• Conduct investigations and implement measures necessary to prevent recurrence
• Preserve records as required by applicable law
• Report the matter or provide information to law enforcement or other relevant authorities

If content is confirmed to constitute CSAM, we will follow applicable laws and procedures and, where required or appropriate, report it to the relevant law enforcement agencies, local authorities, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (“NCMEC”), or other appropriate organizations.

If you encounter conduct that may endanger a child or content that may constitute CSAE or CSAM on the Service, please report it using the in-service reporting feature or contact us at the address below.

When submitting a report, please provide, to the extent possible, information that will allow us to identify the relevant user, post, or content. Do not attach, copy, or otherwise reproduce any image or video that may constitute CSAM in an email.

If a child is in immediate danger or the situation is otherwise urgent, please contact the police or the appropriate local authorities directly, in addition to reporting the matter through the Service.

In addressing child safety, CSAE, and CSAM, we comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the safety standards of the platforms through which the Service is made available, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.

We regularly review our reporting procedures and these Standards and make improvements as necessary.

We may revise these Standards in response to changes in applicable law, the Service, or safety requirements. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Standards on this page or through another appropriate method.
