GALAXIA uses AI technology to support matching from many angles, helping you find the people you are looking for. If someone catches your interest, send a Like or message that day so you do not miss a great connection. You can also adjust matching-rate conditions to meet people outside your usual preferences, including people very different from your ideal type. Enjoy many new encounters!

You can enjoy GALAXIA for free. We also offer two paid plans: START and PLATINUM. When you upgrade to PLATINUM, you can enjoy special experiences beyond the START plan, including voice messages, audio calls, and video calls. Please review each plan and choose the one that fits you best.

GALAXIA uses AI technology and information from multiple perspectives to suggest people who may be a good fit for you. We will continue improving our support so we can recommend better matches over time.

Choose photos that show your face, personality, and what makes you appealing. Your first photo must show your face to complete registration. Photos where it is unclear which person is you, such as large group photos, cannot be used.

Write about your hobbies, interests, and the things you enjoy. Please check the Community Guidelines for content that should not be included in your self-introduction.

GALAXIA is currently available as an iOS and Android app only, but we plan to support a web version of GALAXIA in the future.

To prevent impersonation, GALAXIA uses facial verification and identity-document checks. Impersonation may result in forced account removal. If impersonation is reported and confirmed, the user will not be able to register again because identity verification has been completed.

GALAXIA is currently available only in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Japan. We plan to expand availability globally so you can use it while traveling or on business trips. GALAXIA will continue creating more opportunities to meet different kinds of people.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GALAXIA. You cannot register until you turn 18.

GALAXIA is currently available on iOS 15.6 or later and Android 12 or later.

This feature is available only on the START and PLATINUM plans. Normally, people with higher matching rates are shown first. By adjusting the matching rate, you can also see people you might not usually meet, creating new discoveries and opportunities. You can change this anytime from the settings page. Enjoy new discoveries!

World Mode is available only on the PLATINUM plan. On the START plan, you can only see people within 500 kilometers of your current location. With PLATINUM, you can select different cities and use this feature when looking for connections while traveling or on business trips.

Sleep Mode is available only on the PLATINUM plan. You can use Sleep Mode to temporarily hide your profile. Turn on Sleep Mode from the settings page to make your profile temporarily hidden. If you want to take a break from GALAXIA, using Sleep Mode removes you from matching without deleting your account.

GALAXIA was created to help people enjoy many new encounters. There is no option to search for specific people.

START plan users can use Super Like for up to 10 people per day, and PLATINUM plan users can use it for up to 20 people per day. You can also add more with points. You can send a Super Like to show stronger interest in a specific person.

You need to complete identity verification to use GALAXIA. You can register your profile before completing verification, but AI suggestions, chat features, and paid plan subscriptions will not be available. This also applies to free female members. Users under 18 cannot register.

To unmatch someone, first open your matching list. Swipe left on the person, and the Unmatch option will appear. If the person has behaved in a way that made you uncomfortable, threatened you, or otherwise caused concern, please also use the Report feature.

Unfortunately, once someone has been suggested, they may not appear in your suggestion list again for a long time. If someone interests you even a little, be sure to send a Like that day so you do not miss the connection.

After you unmatch, the conversation is also deleted, so you cannot report that user from the chat. If someone made you uncomfortable, threatened you, or seemed connected to criminal activity, please report them before unmatching.

You can report someone if they made you uncomfortable, threatened you, or appeared to be connected to criminal activity. After that, we investigate the reported user. The other person will not know that you reported them. For privacy reasons, we cannot share the progress of the report. If you are worried, please contact our support team. We will do our best to help.

If something makes you uncomfortable, feels dangerous, or involves a person who may be connected to criminal activity, please use the report feature. How to report from a profile: Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of the other person's profile. Tap Report, select the violation, enter as much detail as possible, and submit it. Our support team will then help address the issue.

Please do not feel discouraged if you are not matching right away. It is fine to have an ideal type, but try talking with many different people. Also, improve your profile so you can show your best qualities. 1. Add more photos. The more photos you have, the easier it is for others to feel comfortable contacting you. 2. Improve your self-introduction. A good self-introduction helps others feel comfortable. Write in detail about what you can share, what you like, and what you want others to know. Finding shared interests can make people want to reach out. Meet and talk with many people with the feeling of making new friends. Meeting in person may also help your connection grow further.

Female users can use unlimited text messages. Male and non-binary users can use unlimited text messages by subscribing to the START plan or PLATINUM plan. START plan: unlimited text messages, voice messages unavailable PLATINUM plan: unlimited text messages, voice messages available

Individual messages cannot be deleted one by one. All conversations are deleted when you delete the chat from the talk list or unmatch the user. When you unmatch a user, you will no longer appear in their match list, they will no longer appear in yours, and the entire conversation will be deleted.

You can delete a conversation by swiping left from the talk list.

You can add more suggestions with 200 points. For 200 points, 5 additional suggestions will be added.

This feature is available only on the PLATINUM plan. To start a call, both you and your match need to be subscribed to the PLATINUM plan. Open the message screen for the match you want to call. Tap the phone icon in the upper-right corner and send a call request. When the other person accepts the request, calling is enabled only for that match. After calling is enabled, tap the phone icon in the upper-right corner of that user's message screen and choose either an audio call or video call. In principle, calls are limited to 3 times per day and up to 10 minutes per call. If you have used all 3 calls, you can still receive incoming calls from the other person. You can use points to add more call opportunities.

If you cannot answer a call, you can decline it or leave it unanswered. In either case, you can let the other person know in the message thread that you are currently unable to take the call.

You can change the name used for identity verification from the settings page. If you change your name, identity verification will be required again. You may also need to delete your account and create it again. Your profile nickname cannot be changed. If you want to change it, you need to delete your account and create it again.

Location is used only to help find people nearby. Your exact current location, home, or similar information will not be identified.

You can delete your account from the GALAXIA app. My Page > Settings > Delete account When you delete your account, all data will be deleted. If you currently have a paid subscription plan, you need to cancel the subscription through the App Store if you use an iPhone/iPad, or through the Google Play Store if you use an Android device.

You can change your email address from the GALAXIA app. My Page > Settings You can complete the change by verifying the email sent to your new email address. If you do not receive the email, check whether the email address was entered correctly, whether it went to your spam folder, or whether emails from PCs are blocked.

Your email address may be incorrect. Please enter your email address using half-width characters. Make sure it is not full-width and does not include spaces. Email receiving settings: Please check your spam folder. Please check whether you have blocked emails from PCs or have domain-specific receiving settings enabled. If you use domain-specific receiving settings, add the domain galaxia-app.com. Email account storage: If your email account storage is full, you may not be able to receive new emails. Please check the storage capacity of your email account.

If you find an impersonator, please report them. To prevent impersonation, GALAXIA uses facial verification and identity-document checks. Impersonation may result in forced account removal.

A GALAXIA account may be suspended if your behavior violates GALAXIA's Terms of Use and/or Community Guidelines. GALAXIA places great importance on user safety. We cannot overlook behavior that violates our policies. If your account is suspended, you will no longer be able to access that GALAXIA account or create a new one. If you are subscribed to a paid plan, please make sure future billing is stopped. GALAXIA paid plans renew automatically every month. To avoid being charged again, you need to cancel your paid plan before the automatic renewal date. For how to cancel a paid plan and the detailed steps, please see the cancellation/subscription cancellation guide. The cancellation steps differ by device, so please follow the steps that apply to your device. Please note that deleting your GALAXIA account does not cancel automatic renewal for a paid plan.

Points can be purchased through Apple or Google by tapping each amount on the points page. When you match with someone, both users receive 10 points. In principle, points cannot be refunded after purchase. Points cannot be shared with other people. Points do not expire.

If you deleted the app, you can access your paid plan again during the paid period by logging in again and tapping Restore Purchases.
