Users must be 18 or older and single. Users under 18 or who are married cannot use the service. Age verification is required at signup.
Search for "GALAXIA" on the App Store or Google Play. You can also use the download buttons on our homepage.
Use the email or phone number and password you registered with. Sign in with Apple or Google is also supported.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen to receive a reset link. Check spam if you do not see the email.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. Your profile and messages will be removed and cannot be restored.
AI learns from your likes, passes, and profile to suggest compatible people. Accuracy improves as you use the app.
When you both like each other, you match and can chat. Open the match from your list and type in the message field.
Choose "Unmatch" from the menu on their profile or chat screen. You will no longer be able to message each other.
Core features—profile, likes, matching, messaging—are free. Extra likes and profile boosts are available on premium plans.
Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not stop billing.
