To improve service quality and maintain safety across the App and related web pages, we may collect the following access data:

• Device information (OS type, OS version, app version, language settings, etc.)
• Network information (IP address, carrier, connection type, etc.)
• Usage logs (access timestamp, interaction logs, screen transitions, error events, etc.)
• Identifiers needed for service improvement and effectiveness measurement (including ad identifiers where applicable)

We use access data only for the following purposes:

1. Providing, maintaining, and improving the App
2. Detecting incidents, investigating root causes, and restoring service
3. Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
4. Analyzing usage trends and improving features and UX
5. Optimizing and measuring ad delivery performance
6. Responding to legal obligations or lawful governmental requests

• We collect and use access data only to the extent necessary for the purposes above.
• We do not use access data to directly identify individuals as a primary purpose. However, where required by law or in cases of serious suspected misuse, we may match and verify data to the minimum extent necessary.
• For analytics and statistics, we apply aggregation, anonymization, or similar safeguards where reasonably possible.

Except where permitted by applicable law, we do not provide access data to third parties without user consent.

We may entrust processing to service providers as needed for operations (such as cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, and monitoring tools). In such cases, we select providers appropriately and supervise them through contracts and other safeguards.

We retain access data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. After that, we delete or anonymize the data appropriately, unless longer retention is required by law.

Disabling some settings may affect certain App features or convenience.

These guidelines apply together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and related guidelines. If any inconsistency arises, interpretation will follow applicable law and the intent of each governing document.

We may revise these guidelines in response to legal changes, service updates, or operational needs. For material changes, we will notify users or publish updates through our designated channels.
