Safety Guidelines
GALAXIA (the "App") is committed to helping every user meet others safely. These Safety Guidelines describe how we work with users to protect safety on the platform. This is a provisional draft and may be updated before the final version is published.

Registration and identity verification
- You must be at least 18 years old and single. Misrepresenting your age or marital status is not allowed.
- Please complete required identity and age verification at registration. Some features may be limited until verification is complete.
- Impersonation, unauthorized use of others' photos, and profiles that infringe third-party rights are prohibited.
Communication and meeting in person
- Do not share personally identifiable information (phone number, home address, workplace, etc.) in your profile or messages until you have built sufficient trust.
- For first meetings, choose busy public places. Avoid meeting at private homes or in vehicles.
- Do not engage in money transfers, investment pitches, remittance requests, or links that may be fraudulent. If something feels wrong, stop communicating and report the user promptly.
- We recommend keeping conversations inside the App when possible. Exchange external contact details only when you trust the other person.
Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is prohibited, together with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use:
- Illegal activity or content that promotes illegal activity
- Obscene, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content or behavior
- Commercial solicitation, spam, or promotional abuse
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation
- Conduct harmful to minors or related to sex trafficking, drugs, or similar harm
- Any other conduct that causes discomfort or risk to other users
Reporting and blocking
- Use in-app report and block tools on profiles or message threads when you encounter suspicious, offensive, or possibly violating behavior.
- Our team reviews reports and may warn, restrict, or suspend accounts as appropriate.
- If you are harmed or may be harmed, contact local authorities in addition to reporting in the App.
Privacy and account security
- Phone numbers, legal names, and precise location are generally not shown to other users. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Sign in with Apple ID, Google ID, or other supported secure methods. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
