Use of Personal Information

In the App, we treat the following as "personal information" or information handled in a similar manner:

• Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, address, and other contact details
• Information contained in identity verification documents
• Profile information (profile photo, self‑introduction, interests and preferences, etc.)
• In‑App usage history (matching status, message history, report history, etc.)
• Any other information that can identify or reasonably be linked to a specific individual

Within the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, we use personal information mainly for:

1. Providing, operating, and improving the App
2. Performing identity and age verification and preventing fraud and abuse
3. Responding to inquiries and providing support
4. Sending notices, updates, and campaign information (including by email and similar means)
5. Analyzing usage to improve service quality and safety measures
6. Responding to violations of the Terms of Use and other guidelines
7. Complying with laws and cooperating with lawful requests from authorities

• We do not provide personal information to third parties without the User's consent, except as permitted by law (for example, where necessary to protect life, body, or property).
• We may entrust processing of personal data to service providers where necessary for operations, such as cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and identity verification services. In such cases, we carefully select contractors and supervise them appropriately through contracts and other safeguards.

Users may, in accordance with the procedures described in the Privacy Policy, make the following requests regarding personal information held by the Company:

• Request for disclosure
• Request for correction, addition, or deletion
• Request for suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties

We will respond without undue delay and within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the nature of the request, we may ask for identity verification and supporting documents.

In line with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and related guidelines, we implement security controls including:

• Physical controls, such as entry/exit management and lockable storage

• Technical controls, such as encryption, protection of communications, and measures against unauthorized access

If an incident such as leakage of personal information occurs, we will take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines, including reporting to supervisory authorities and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
