Prices
Paid subscription prices are shown tax-inclusive in the app and on the pricing page. Examples (JPY, tax included):
- START plan (1 month): ¥2,200
- START plan (1 year): ¥22,000
- PLATINUM plan and other in-app purchases: as shown on each purchase screen
Promotional pricing may apply.
Charges other than product price
Internet and data charges are borne by the customer. Store fees follow Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
Payment method
Payment via Apple App Store or Google Play (methods available in each store).
Timing of payment
Charged when purchase is completed in the store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in store settings.
Delivery of service
Paid features are generally available immediately after purchase in the app, subject to network conditions.
Cancellation and refunds
Digital content is generally non-refundable after purchase. To cancel a subscription or stop auto-renewal, use your App Store or Google Play account settings. Paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Store refund policies may apply.
