Community Guidelines

• You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to enter into a contract in your country of residence. Do not create a profile that misrepresents your age. We verify identity when approving use of the App. If we have doubts about the age you declare, we may request further proof of age.

• Your profile must include at least one photo that clearly shows your face alone. We cannot allow photos where your face is not identifiable, heavily edited, include other people, contain nudity or violence, or otherwise do not clearly show your face.

• In addition to a clear face photo, photos that express your hobbies and interests can improve matching. Do not upload photos that infringe third-party copyrights; such content may be restricted and you may face legal action from third parties. The Company is not liable for infringement by Users. Also avoid nudity, violence, infringement of others' rights, and content that may cause discomfort.

• Do not post content that violates public order and morals or causes discomfort to others. We may request removal of posts that are inconsistent with the purpose of the App.

• The App asks you to select gender for display on your profile. We strive to offer as many options as possible, but may not list every identity. Please contact us if you cannot find an option that applies to you.

• The App is for single users only. Do not create a profile that misrepresents your marital status if you are married.

The App matches users based on interests and other information. Express yourself freely for better matches. To keep the App enjoyable for everyone, avoid the following and other content that may cause discomfort:

1) Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity
The App is for matching people and building friendly connections. Any use for other purposes is not permitted, including drug advertising, illegal commercials, infringement of others' rights, and any conduct related to illegal acts.

2) Content harmful to minors, obscene, pornographic, violent, or that may harm human dignity
We restrict use by age to protect minors. Protecting minors is a top priority. Content that harms minors directly or indirectly, including sexual exploitation, drugs, pornography, or content that facilitates improper contact with minors, is not permitted.

3) Abusive, threatening, discriminatory content, or content that promotes racism, sexism, hatred, or prejudice
The App is for users who respect others and communicate in a friendly manner. Content that lacks consideration for other users is not permitted.

4) Content related to commercial activity (including sales, auctions, promotions, advertising, and links to other websites or premium-rate numbers)
The App is not for commercial purposes.

5) Content involving spam or unsolicited messages
The App is not for commercial purposes.

If you find a user who violates these Guidelines, please contact us promptly. We will respond in good faith so that all users can enjoy appropriate content.

If we find conduct that violates these Guidelines, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Remove content
• Suspend the account

We may also cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
